Here is a 1/3 scale version of The Kiss set.
 
It is fully wall mountable with the usual Lego mounting hook on the rear.
 
This can also be bought within the full updated 8 Art design collection.
 
Note: The 2x2 slope Tan corner pieces in the original full size version of this have only come out in that set.  When LEGO release them on pick a brick and BrickLink you will be able to easily swap them into this mini design by taking out the 3 1x1 slope Tan bricks and popping the corner pieces in!
