The Story
Rising from the waves stands the Island Castle - a fortress of towers, halls, and secret routes built by the Griffin Knights to command the waves. From the grand hall with its blazing chandelier to the balconies overlooking the horizon, every corner tells a story of noble knights, vigilant guards, and merchants sailing under their protection.
But not all is as it seems. Beneath the cliffs, hidden by crashing surf and twisting roots, the Kraken Knights have made their move. Fierce seafarers in teal and iron, they’ve carved secret shelters below the castle, their round shields marked by the arms of the deep. Here, they gather in secret, plotting to rise against the Griffins above.
The Island Castle is more than just a display - it's built for endless play. Modular sections lift away to reveal grand interiors and hidden chambers. Secret routes weave through towers and caves, opening new ways to sneak, surprise, or escape. Knights can clash on battlements, hold feasts in the great hall, or stage daring raids from the rocky shore. Every balcony, tower, and chamber becomes part of the adventure.
Above, the Griffins rule with banners flying proudly in the wind. Below, the Krakens whisper in the tide. On this island, two factions collide - ready for you to decide the battle.
The Island Castle
Since I began designing LEGO® sets in both mini and full size, I've been inspired to create immersive and detailed builds that spark imagination and adventure. With The Island Castle, I’ve crafted a secluded ocean fortress where the Griffin Knights defend their King and Queen against the cunning Kraken Knights lurking below.
